Candidasa is small fishing village on the east coast of Bali in the Regency of Karangasem which is so typical for east Bali and feeling home among the local people , far away from the hectic tourist areas. The local people can arrange everything for you with pleasure: fishing, diving, snorkling trekking. candidasa becomes more and more famouse for diving. in the village there are several diving schools who can accompany you to beautiful diving spots in the bay of candidasa as there are the small islands tepekong, mimpang and likuan. in the village there is lovely lotus lagoon and there are some fascinating temples for your visit. Of particular here is the goddess of fertility statue within the candidasa temple. beside many hotels, of all standars and prices, there is a big variety of all kinds of restaurants. the ones who love fine dining can choose from several restaurants. many interesting place are within a short distance from the village.

There are many places to visit during your holiday in Bali including Candidasa. Located on the east part of the island, this area is less crowded than the tourism spots on the East Bali.
